A Listening, Information, Guidance, Counseling, and Legal Aid Service against discrimination and racist violence
The Anti-Racism service is a free service offered and managed by Lunaria where people may report, denounce or find a listening ear in cases of discrimination, verbal and physical violence with a racist motive.
We are aware that responding to violent online posts, racist writings near your home or xenophobic/racist newspaper headlines can be challenging. It is not always simple to know how to react to insults, threats or actual aggressions. Whether one has experienced or witnessed one of these incidents, the service can provide useful guidance on the steps to take in such situations.
If you have experienced or witnessed discrimination or racist violence, you can report the incident to us by writing an email to segnalazione@cronachediordinariorazzismo.org. To make sure that the reported case is understood, it’s important to provide accurate information when reporting. Here is what to include:
In your report, please specify the type of service/support you are looking for. Would you like to share your experience with us? Do you need help or legal aid? Do you merely intend to tell us what happened so we can add it to our database?
The Anti-Racism legal service is ready to help you.
Please write to segnalazioni@cronachediordinariorazzismo.org for information about the service and to make an appointment.

A counseling service is just a drop in the ocean. We understand it, therefore we have created some content that can be useful both to those who experience forms of racism and to those who want to take action against discrimination and racist violence. Two mappings are available to help you locate services near you, and a Practical Guide provides basic information for activists and professionals.
